Originally a bordello during Telluride's mining heyday, this historic Victorian home is located on the corner of Spruce and Pacific, just four blocks from the Gondola and Chair 8 and just one block from the festival grounds at Town Park. For beds it has a queen, queen, queen plus twin, and 3 twins.
From the Pacific Street entrance, you first come to mud room with a bench, boot cubbies and ski storage. The house is full of period furniture and decor but has modern lighting and fixtures. Entering the kitchen, you'll find ample counter space and new stainless appliances. Beyond the kitchen is the living room with a large flat-screen television, CD stereo, sofa-sleeper and dining area that seats eight.
A hallway off of the living room leads to the master bedroom with queen bed and private bath with oversize tub and separate shower. Also on this level is a second bedroom with a queen bed and an additional bathroom with shower only.
Upstairs from the living room are two additional guest rooms and another bath. One room has a queen bed and twin bed and the other has three twins as well as a TV with DVD and CD player. The small bathroom in between has a shower/tub combo.
This home includes wireless internet service, resident spirits, private full-size washer/dryer, and 2 off-street parking spaces across the street. On the deck is a gas grill - a perfect headquarters for Festival stays.
