The Bridgepoint Condominiums are the best mid-priced condos in the River Run area. They were built 15-25 years ago and all have fireplaces, VCR, microwaves and access to a hot tub. Some condo floor plans are on one level and others are two levels. Decors will be updated, some very nicely remodeled. The Bridgepoint Condominiums are a good opportunity for its proximity to lifts and town at a moderate rate. 06/07

Constructed in 1998 Central Park 11 was purchased and furnished in the fall of 1999 with luxurious furnishings and accessories from the Hemmingway Collection. With high ceilings and rich textures, Central Park 11 is designed for very discerning guests who enjoy fine things such as Eastern carpets, warm hardwoods, and beautiful antiques. There is a 42" High Definition TV with home theater system in the living room. At the request of the owners, children under the age of ten are not allowed in this property. For privacy, one bedroom suite is on the first floor and the master is on the second level. The western exposure receives sunlight throughout the day. 06/07

This complex consists of 2+Loft or 3+Loft units. While most have a ground level entry, some units require use of a small stairway to access the front door. The bike path is adjacent to the townhome and offers more than 20 miles for biking, roller blading and cross country skiing. River Run Lodge, lifts and trails on Baldy are about a three blocks walk on the bike path. Cafes, art galleries, theaters and other entertainment in the center of town are approximately a six blocks walk or take the bus. Fishing on the Big Wood river is only two blocks away and there are some huge rainbows to be caught! So whether its interior comfort or access to Sun Valleys many activities you desire, you can find it all at River Ridge. 06/07

Scorpian Run Ski Lodge (Warm Springs) ($$$)

The area-wide KART bus stops at the entrance to Sunrise, about a block from the homes, takes about five minutes to reach central Ketchum or, alternatively, the bus turnaround in Elkhorn Village. The amenities of the Harker Center, with Olympic-sized pool and tennis courts and a playground, are about six blocks away by bike path or bus. 06/07

This home is located in a residential neighborhood in south Elkhorn about 2 miles from downtown Ketchum and the River Run ski lifts. The Elkhorn Plaza is about 1 mile away by car or bicycle (along the Elkhorn bike trails.)
